The qualifying rounds begin in June, followed by the duels and finals.
Burgers are judged in five categories: bun, meat, sauce, ingredients, and appearance. The winner is chosen through a combination of user votes and a jury panel.
In addition to prizes for the top 3 in each city, a trip to New York will be raffled among all participants.
All food businesses in Spain that serve burgers can participate, not just burger-only establishments.
